[Inpycon] Student discount for workshops

Hi,

We've given STUDENT discount for 45 seats in workshops (9 workshops * 5
seats) and that ran out yesterday.

I'm in favor of increasing the limit. Please let me know if you have any
objections.

As of now 4 workshops are almost sold out and remaining 5 are about half of
the seats booked.
