Vijay and Konark are planning the volunteers.

Apart from registrations, we also need to setup the video recording
equipment. Last Saturday and Sunday, hasgeek organized a video recording
workshop for PyCon India and 8 people attended that. Vishal Sood is
coordinating that efforts and all of them will be there on 29th evening  to
setup the equipment.

Vijay, what is the status on the permission to use NIMHANS on 29th?
