[Inpycon] Important Dates

Hi

Most of them look fine, but based on number of talks submitted last year
 do we want to increase the number of days between proposal submission
deadline and proposal acceptance deadline.

Also are we using the same funnel to accept the proposals or something
different this time as it should be ready before 30th Jan 2014.
