[Inpycon] PyCon logo drafts

The first thing that came to mind on seeing the "snake going up around the
stem of letter 'P' " was that it resembled a medical conference.
Imo, it is good if we go something around do something around the official
logo. The official logo has to be there in a form that is legally valid and
we can add our artwork not necessarily about snakes.  (I get scared seeing
snakes ;) ).
