[Inpycon] Python Month - Guildelines for speakers

+1 for not introducing 3rd party modules in the workshop. It's best to let
them get a good feel for the language first.

I'm planning on discussing how I solve some daily small problems I
encounter, using Python. It will connect with the audience and IMO, it's
the best way to make them feel the ease of expressing one's thoughts in
python code.
