[Inpycon] Conference fee for student

Identification of student was always a problem.
Identity card can't only valid say he is still student , we might need letter supporting from there college for the same.
About scholorsship , we need to raise funding for the same as we are not in position to afford that right now.

The devil is in the details. 

1. Identification for students.
2. Separate queue for student registrations.
3. Are ticket costs reimbursed or do they get some kind of code for
   registering at a discounted rate? If so, how do prove themselves to
   be students?

Rubyconf India 2013 has scholarships for students etc. The details are
