[Inpycon] eventframe website for PyCon India 2013

Hello everyone,

I'm working on making a new website for PyCon India 2013, backed by
eventframe CMS. I'm starting my work based on the last year's template.
Here is the work in progress.

http://in.pycon.org/2013x/

I'm not very happy with having to create one blog for every year. Wouldn't
it be better to have one single blog at http://in.pycon.org/blog/ instead
of http://in.pycon.org/2012/blog/ and http://in.pycon.org/2013/blog/? What
do you guys think?
