I'm presuming Anand is setting it up. Once it's up, it'll be great if
one of the volunteers can take it over along with the twitter and
facebook accounts for PyCon India. She can be the publicity in charge
and make sure that all the major decisions taken the list are advertised
on all the channels. 

Anyone upto it?
