I would say let keep offline ticket , but let cancel ticket after 7 days max if they don't pay back with this time we should make ticket available to others instead of waiting for them.
Last year we has few people blocking early Bird ticket and not paying till last date.

Hey we can't disable offline registration.. offline registration will mainly help for students. And we can verify their student id card on the spot. If we make it online how you will give discounts to students? And many who do not have cards will struggle to register..what do you think?

I think it is now safe to do so. Everyone who intends to attend pycon will
have some means of online registration.

There were not much Registration with offline payment in last year's
conference. I guess we can remove it.

There were just 19 offline registrations last year. Hoping that it'll be
still less this year.
