[Inpycon] First draft of sponsors page

For Twitter plugin we need to show live update on the website that the plan. Similar to what we had  in 2011 http://in.pycon.org/2011/

Let me know if you can take it up will share with you twitter account details offline.

Sure. This was easy with the help of the
existing pages, though there might be a
couple of minor points still to iron out.

More than that, what does the plugin need
to do? My guess is that here one would need
to follow one particular hashtag, e.g., #inpycon.
This can be most easily accomplished with a
Twitter widget. Please see:
- https://twitter.com/settings/widgets/new/search
  (You will need to log in to a Twitter account)
- "Search and #hashtag" section of
  https://dev.twitter.com/docs/embedded-timelines
- Is there a need for multiple hashtags? At first
  glance, this does not seem to be straightforward
  with the Twitter widget.
- Is there a need to follow individual users (@names)?
- Is there a need to allow people to tweet from the
  site: This is fairly easy with a different widget.
