And very important thing not to forget is that we get one full day to do
the setup if we do workshops at the conference venue. We need that time to
setup things and fix stuff that fail (as they do always).

I agree that the big auditorium is too big for workshops. We can consider
using some rooms in the first floor rooms as Vijay suggested.
