[Inpycon] Venue for PyCon India 2014

This problem will be every year so my question is how much are we dependent
on hasgeek ?
We have been doing PyCon India from start in Sept only last year we changed
it as we did not get NIHMANS. Please provide input faster so we can proceed
for booking else we might loose NIHAMNS for this dates again.
