[Inpycon] PyCon India 2014 Guest speakers

Hi,

I'm in San Francisco now and met Senthil Kumaran today for dinner. Senthil
used to be an active member of Python community in Bangalore, he
volunteered for the first PyCon India. He is a core contributor to CPython
and currently working for  Twitter.

I've discussed with him about how he can participate actively in PyCon
India and Indian Python community in general. Couple of things that came up
are:

* Giving a talk at PyCon India 2014. May be we can invite him as a guest
speaker and see if Twitter can sponsor his travel.
* Being part of the talk selection committee.
* Doing online talks once in a while (like Noufal is doing now)

I think it'll be wonderful to have Senthil as speaker at PyCon India 2014
and I feel we should invite him as a guest speaker. What do you guys think?
