[Inpycon] PyCon India CFP now open

[Baiju M]

Hi Krace,

I am trying to find mailing address of various user groups and update
in the wiki.
I found some of them.  Is there any mailing list for Mumbai users ?

Should we target other FOSS or technical groups ?
