[Inpycon] How to send mail to previous year attendees

Hi Krace,

How we do reach out to previous year attendees ?
Is there any feature provided by DoAttend for this ?
Or should we automate it through some scripts.

Anyway I have created a private repo
and shared it with you to manage some scripts
and various email addresses.
I made it private so that we don't need to share
all email address in public repos.

(BTW, GitHub has private repos for organizations, but costs
$25 per month.  May be we can think about that later)
