[Inpycon] Fwd: Proposal - Panel discussion for the Web Track of Pycon

If the panel discussion does happen. Amit upadhyay from mumbai (mumpy)
would make for a good expert on Django. Besides having committed to the
django codebase he has been using Django since 2007 onward, has good grasp
over how it has evolved. https://github.com/amitu/importd is his pet
project that has relevance to this panel discussion.

I could talk to him if needed.
