[Inpycon] Open spaces & Lightning Talks

Hello Guys,

@Shrayas - its an extremely cool idea and the idea that is running in my
head right now is people come to Pycon cause of 2 things .

1) They love python
2) People want to figure out why python is cool.

I think we should have things in the open space that will make people get
the idea of power of python.

For example, using Flask you can get a webapp up in 5 mintues.

Things like that will be really really cool.

I can pitch in and volunteer too.
