I contacted Hilary Mason (of bit.ly) last year (or was it the year
before, don't remember) and she said that she might be able to come but
couldn't because of a clash with a personal engagement she had around
that time. Should we reach out to her for this year?

Also, any suggestions for a speaker from India?
