The primary source of discussion is the mailing list. With facebook and
G+, you need to have FB or G+ accounts which all people might not
have. Out here, all you need is a mail address.

However, you're right about outreach so if you can help man the existing
facebook and G+ groups, please do so (Konark or the others can give you
details). Cross posting stuff and creating a buzz there is a useful thing.
