[Inpycon] Volunteer Required: Create FAQ content

Changes made:
*  Updated Answer to question No. 1
*  Updated the file extension name instead or the Software.
*  Included the mybmtc link for other Buses, although in that link, some of
the buses doesn't reach the venue on time [8:30 am]
