[Inpycon] Venue suggestion for PyCon India 2015

Hi,

I had submitted two talk proposals this year. Both of them was not
selected :(  It would be good if the selection committee gives some
feedback in comments.  There was no comments in both proposals.
Feedback will be really helpful so that those who submit proposal can
make it better.
