[Inpycon] Dates for PyCon India 2015

The date Oct 2-4 is fine. But can we explore other venues a little 
please? This year Audi 2 was majorly overflown and people had to stand 
at the door, a lot of them couldn't even enter the room. We may or may 
not have the same number of participants next year. But we should be 
prepared at least.
