[Inpycon] Pyladies Chapter?

Thanks Shrayas, IMO, that's likely even more reason to support them.  I'll
follow up offline and try their mailing list.  At this point, there are
hardly any women speakers in the funnel overall, and a couple that were
there have had to drop out. I'll follow up and reach out.
