Other reason

1) People from outstation might not be convenient late night .
2) Female speaker/volunteer/sponsors can't make if it too late.
3) All sponsors members will be tired after whole day standing  in their
booth.
4) All volunteer will be tired and they need to come next day again 7.30 AM.
