[Inpycon] why did we close workshop tickets?

Hi,

I've noticed that some workshops are not completely filled yet, but we have
closed the workshop registrations on 23rd it self. Is there any reason for
closing them early? Can we open them till tomorrow morning and direct the
people who are interested to attend workshops there?
