You may not read real blood. There must be some blood.js for these
kind of requirements.

Jokes aside, my suggestion was about the nominee mentioning 2 email
addresses of references - and some workflow where a mail goes to these
people with the form link and they come and click on some checkboxes
to vouch for him - possibly all a bit too much :)
