[Inpycon] Keynote speaker for PyCon India 2015

Hi ,
    We need to reach out to potential keynote speakers and check their
availability at the earliest possible.
    Below are my suggestions


   - First keynote speaker:


   1. Senthil Kumaran (last year we were late to reach out to him)


   - Second Keynote speaker


   1. Hilary Mason(https://github.com/hmason)
   2. Jessica McKellar( we invited her last year but she had visa issue to
   travel).
   3. Lynn Root - https://github.com/econchick

        The idea behind having keynote speaker as lady is diversity.
