[Inpycon] Ticket prices.

Summary

1) Rs 1,500 per workshop with honorarium to tutor. - Got 3 votes
2) Rs 1,000 and no honorarium for tutor. - Got 5 votes

I will take it as we will charge Rs 1,000 per workshop and No honorarium
this year.
