[Inpycon] Sponsorships

 We have good number of Platinum/Gold sponsors. We have one silver sponsor
and one in talks. We have few more slots for silver and associate
sponsorships. We will stop intaking of sponsorship post September first

Note: We have 50% discount in silver sponsorship for startups less than 10
people.
