[Inpycon] PyCon India 2015 website early view

Liked the design and theme overall. Kudos to the team who worked on the
site.

This might in your plan already -- noticed that the Blog link is a named
anchor on the homepage, might be a good idea to have it linked to a
separate page so that previous entries can be accessed easily. An excerpt
from the latest entry in the blog can be shown on home.
