[Inpycon] Open Spaces volunteering

Hi All,

I had volunteered to help out Jaseem and Krace with organizing the
Open Spaces this year.

But something has come up and I'll not be able to attend PyCon this
year. I would however still love to be part of all the discussions
that lead up to PyCon regarding organizing open spaces and the like.

Just thought that I should keep you all informed about this.
