[Inpycon] PyConIndia 2016 date finalisation

[qua non]

SriFort is not the only option,  we are considering other places too like
JNU and Epi-center in gurgaon.
The details of this are mentioned on the other thread where the PyConIndia
Proposal by PyDelhi team is being discussed.

I am not posting all the venues and details in this thread as this thread
is more about finalizing the date for the event :)
