[Inpycon] PyConIndia 2016 date finalisation

[qua non]

Ok guys,

Here is the gist of what has been discussed on this thread till now.

October: mostly booked by holidays.
November has too many institutes with their exams
September 23-25 seems to be the only viable option.


If any one has any objection to booking the dates of 23-25 or a better
option, please don't hesitate to mention.
