[Inpycon] Volunteers for managing tickets

Hi folks,

We are looking for volunteers for managing tickets. Job list is as follows:-
                 1. Keep following tickets at inpycon.org for queries
                 2. Keep in touch with the explara team for cancellation
                      - Only non early bird tickets are cancel-able
                      - All tickets are transferable
Those who are interested in volunteering reply back with their email id and
phone numbers.
