[Inpycon] Pre-PyCon events ideas

Hi everyone,

Sorry to wake you guys up from your important routine sleep but I would 
like to know if anyone would be interested if there was a Pre-event 
leading up to PyCon 2016 or it could be during PyCon.

The purpose of this small event would be to:
    1. Create buzz about PyCon 2016
    2. Bond participants so they will have a good time at PyCon. After 
every wants to have a good time(bond!!)

If people have a good time in an event, It leads to more number of 
attendees in the future.

Current Ideas that seems to be do-able are:
    1. Morning 5k run or jog (If possible within the venue itself)
    2. meetups/talks/workshops in different colleges to spread the 
word. This provides speakers the opportunity to trial run their talk.
    3. small fun games during breaks in PyCon.
