[Inpycon] Feedback Regarding Beginner Track Talks

Hey folks,

We had some suggestions in our feedback last year to do away with the
beginner track talks and workshops as they seem to lower the quality bar
for the conference.

We would like to know what do you folks think about this?
Since this is a community event, your feedback is important and would shape
the path we take.
