[Inpycon] Videos of PyCon India 2016

Hi Guys,

I am sorry for not replying on this earlier, I was busy with some personal
matters.

I have now started to distribute the video with some local volunteers.

Currently they are in the form of one big 8 gb videos per day per audi.

I still need more "local" volunteers to cut the videos and upload them with
correct names.

Total video size to be uploaded is about 250 GB so the more people that the
process can be distributed with, the faster this would be.

The videos should be uploaded asap now, sry for the delay.
