By having a PyCon Pune being scheduled in the same year that we would be
having a PyCon India at another location, this may set a precedent which
could be followed up by Python communities in other cities of India.

What might be good to analyze is that upon setting this precedent, what
would be the impact, positive/negative/null, on the flagship PyCon India
conference that is intended to be run annually ? Are we aware of similar
multiple PyCon conferences being held in any other country in a single
year ?
