[Inpycon] Call for volunteers for speaker assistance

Hi folks,

This year in PyCon India 2016 we  will be assigning three volunteers
to each speaker. No one volunteer would be over taxed by putting them
everywhere.
So a Volunteer can take max upto 2 speakers to manage with.

The task includes:

    1. Taking in the requirements of the speaker.
    2. Making sure that they arrive at the time designated to them.
    3. Coordinating with the speakers about their arrival for PyCon India
2016.
    4.  Making sure their talk goes smoothly.
