Some bad news

BIEC is not availabel for date August 29-31 as that got boking done last
week itms.

Availbale dates as of today

August 20-29 : Onam on August 24
September : 9-18(Ganesh Chaturthi - Sept 13)
Octorber : 14 -19th(Dussehra: Oct 19 )
Novmeber : 1st week(Diwali : Nov 6-7)

I think it safe to go with August 22-24 (conference). August
25-26(workshop/dev sprint)

We need to let them know asap.
