Taking Akshay's and Krace's point forward should we choose November for the
conference?

Why november?
 - Delhi's Heat would have somewhat subsided by then.
 - Team would get some more time to prepare and plan.

In the first weekend of November, taking Sanyam's suggestions into account
we would have

3 November: Workshop
4, 5 Nov: conference
6, 7 Nov: dev sprints.

Do we agree on these dates?
