[Inpycon] Proposal for “Python in Education” day in PyCon India

First of all it's a great initiative. Python seems to be well accepted by
collage/tech students in India. I think this time, we should more focus on
school going kids/students. It could be by visiting schools student and
spend 2 hrs teaching them Hello world or playing with micro bit.
