[Inpycon] PyCon India 2018 Logo Design

After reading the guidelines and looking at a few other logos I took
another shot at the logo design.
All my previous logos had modifications to the python logo, which were
violations of PSF logo design rules. Also I think the blue-green color
scheme is a really good color scheme compared to the rest. Here are some
