You will not get any certificates. But the experience earned will be huge
in value than a printed paper. Pycon is volunteer driven conference.
Any such efforts will increase another dependency.

Pycon tickets are Early bird category and normal category. Some manages
Late bird too. Prices in Early bird category are cheap compared to
either two categories. If you were sure to attend this conference, you
should have attempt to bought early bird ticket for you.

You can apply at PSSI [1], PSF [2] for sponsoring some portion of your
travel as a grant. Such grants are given by evaluating your
contributions for communities. It is too late to apply for a travel grant
for Pycon India 2017. Advising to apply 1-2 month prior to any
conference.
