+1 for Sidu. He's also a really good speaker. 

As for foreign speakers, I'd like to suggest the Greenfelds (Danny and
Audrey). They co-wrote the 2 scoops of Django book, have been active in
tech. and community work for a long time and are good speakers. Danny's
been specifically focusing on working with events other than big western
PyCons so he might be interested too.
