[Inpycon] PyCon India Twitter and Facebook Handles needs a makeover

Hey,

Great to see everything up and running with things coming back on track for
PyCon India 2018. I was just going over the handles of Facebook [1] and
Twitter [2] for PyCon India 2018 and found display and cover photos have
not been changed yet. This might create a lot of confusion for everybody as
almost everybody refers to them. The search engines use the same for
previews hence the sooner the information gets indexed the better it would
be. The media team or people who have access to the handles, please review
and implement the changes ASAP. Thanks.
