[Inpycon] PyCon India Social Media Access

Hi Vijay,

As requested, I here by confirm that I and Chirag(copied) have got access
for PyCon India social media accounts (i.e. Twitter & Facebook).

Note - At the moment in social media workgroup, only I have editor access
to PyCon India Facebook page. So to avoid dependency later I'd request few
more guys to be added as well.
