Hi All,
         I wanted to share progress update on Pycon India 2018.

   - Ticket Sales
      - We have sold 1150 tickets so far. 50 more regular tickets
      remaining. Once regular tickets are sold out, we will open late bird
      ticket. Targetting total - 1400 participants.
   - CFP
      - 330 proposal have come through. Working on reviewing the proposal.
      Workshop are finalized and yet to announce ticket sales.
   - Keynote Speaker
      - All keynote speaker are finalized. Travel & stay for them are
      booked.
   - Dev Sprint
      - DBS agreed to support us in Dev Sprint - they will be providing
      office premise as venue and lunch for all participants. Dev
Sprint will be
      FREE entry for all conference ticket holder however we will open
DevSprint
      ticket in explara. So we can plan better for the event.
   - Sponsors
      - We have got 4 Platinum sponsor, 3 Gold, 2 Silver & 2 Associate so
      far. We are working few more sponsors as well. Invocie for sponsors are
      raised and we started receiving payments as well.
   - Conference Setup @ Venue
      - Finalized a vendor to provide services for Stage setup, AV
      equipments, Stalls, Banners & Video Capture. Vendor will support on
      Workshop & Conference days for main hall & 4 secondary halls.
   - Accomodation
      - OYO room has agreed to provide corporate services for booking.
      Please watch out for the details in website & social media.
   - Misc
      - Google form for "Community Space", "Event Photograph" & "Child Care
      Support" are in progress. Announcement regarding these will be made on
      Website & Social Media.
      - Goodies, T-shirt & banner design are in-progress.

         I wanted to share progress update on Pycon India 2018.

Workshops would be held on 5 October. There would be four parallel tracks
in morning sessions, and four in afternoon session. You can buy ticket for
one or both sessions.
However , if you buy morning ticket and don't buy afternoon ticket, lunch
will not be inclusive, and vice versa.
