[Inpycon] Inviting Satyakam to chair the event

Hello Satya,
      From the conversations so far on the thread, I think you'd be the
right man for the job as chair of the event. It can get tricky doing it
from Delhi but there seem to be enough volunteers on the ground to get
things done locally. 

      Do you think you have the bandwidth to take on the role? Once the
wheels start to turn and someone from Bangalore is sufficiently invested
into the project, you can hand over the responsibilities if you see fit
and he or she agrees.
