[Inpycon] Chennai for PyCon India 2019

Awesome!!
Looking forward to contributing to the organization and making this one
excellent event too.
And I agree with Kushal Das sir. Dedicated day for dev sprints not only
keep it clear but also less clutter as only diamonds will be there at the
time of contribution.
